Books & Reading

I have a friend who goes to a bookstore with her husband every year toward the end of December.  They each pick out five books that mark their path into the following year... themes or realities they want to think about and explore, creative and relational spaces they want to be in.  They may not necessarily buy the books right then, but it helps them be more intentional about how they direct their time and energy in the coming months.  I love reading and I love hearing about what other people are reading.  Below is a list of the stack on my coffee table, as well as a partial list of some of my favorite books.  Find my reviews for these & other books on http://www.goodreads.com/
